EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Bali Property Co is seeking an Expression of
1nterest ( EOI) from the private and commercial investor/s to purchase 10 % of shares in the PT. Ria Somila Pantai lndah (which owns 100% shareholdings in these two land assets) for the sum amount of I DR30,000,000,000.00 (thirty billion) or US D1 ,950.207 .00.
The prospective investor/s is given the first option to purchase an incremental 10% up to 51% share.
The PT Ria Somila Pantai lndah intends to establish an Eco
Resort on the land footprint.The capital will be used to
progress the pre-development stage:
- Conceptualisation of the Eco Development
- Establish plans and approvals.
- Civil works and certifications
- Pay a % amount to the shareholder.
It is the intention of the PT. Ria Somila Pantai lndah to develop the footprint. As stated previously, the investor can purchase an additional 10% up to 80% to fund the development and prepare Satonda Island for a tourism destination and further develop the Nisa Pudu as a commercial mini resort or a private residence.
